1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Sendly Express services you agree to these terms. We reserve the right to update them at any time.
2. Shipment Acceptance
We accept shipments subject to our prohibited items policy. We may refuse any consignment that violates safety, legal or carrier rules.
3. Liability
Liability is limited to the declared value or the insurance taken at the time of booking. We are not liable for consequential damages.
4. Payment
All payments are in INR. GST is charged as per applicable rates. COD remittance occurs within 48 working hours of delivery.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations before pickup are refunded in full. Cancellations after pickup attract a handling fee of 10%.
